Everything wholesale partners need to know about ordering, shipping, and working with Vian.
Our standard MOQ is 10 units per collection. For mixed orders across multiple collections, the minimum is 10 units per collection line. We do not have a site-wide order minimum beyond this.
Submit a wholesale request via our wholesale page. Once approved, you'll receive access to wholesale pricing and a dedicated account manager who will guide you through the ordering process.
We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, and all major credit cards. For first-time orders, full payment is required upfront. Returning partners with good order history may apply for 30-day payment terms.
Yes. Sample orders are available for 1–3 pieces per collection. Sample pricing is retail rate. If you proceed with a wholesale order of 10+ units within 60 days, sample costs are deducted from your first invoice.
Yes — our full wholesale catalogue with product specs, pricing tiers, and collection details is available upon request. Fill in the wholesale inquiry form and we'll send it within 24 hours.
We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. Our primary partners are DHL Express and FedEx International. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us directly — we can almost always find a solution.
Standard wholesale orders ship within 2–3 weeks of payment confirmation. Large orders (100+ units) or custom orders may require 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a firm lead time before you confirm your order.
All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship from Antalya, Turkey. We'll provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
Yes. For large orders, we can ship FOB Antalya or arrange consolidated freight. Contact us to discuss options for your volume and destination.
We use full-grain genuine leather — the highest quality grade, retaining the natural texture and grain of the hide. It ages beautifully, developing a patina over time. No bonded leather, no PU alternatives.
Yes, genuinely. The hand-sculpting and carving process, combined with natural leather variation, means every piece differs in texture, colour depth, and detail. This is not a marketing claim — it's an unavoidable result of how they're made.
Our standard journal size is approximately A5 (15cm × 21cm). Some collections are also available in A6 pocket size. Exact dimensions vary slightly per piece due to the handmade nature of production. Custom sizes are available on request for orders of 50+ units.
Standard journals are filled with blank chamois (ivory) paper, 100gsm. Lined and dotted options are available for select collections. Custom paper specifications are available for large orders.
Genuine leather benefits from occasional conditioning with a leather balm or beeswax product. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight. The natural aging and patina development is a feature, not a flaw — it only makes the journal more characterful over time.

Yes, for high-volume partners. Exclusivity agreements are available by country or region for accounts committing to a minimum quarterly order. Contact us to discuss terms.
We offer three tiers: Standard (10–49 units), Partner (50–199 units), and Premium (200+ units). Pricing details are included in our catalogue, available upon request.
Yes. All wholesale partners receive a digital press kit including high-resolution product photography, brand guidelines, and product descriptions in English. Additional language translations are available on request.
Yes. We offer custom embossing (logo, text, or design) on the cover for orders of 50+ units. Setup fees apply. Lead time for custom orders is 4–6 weeks from artwork approval.
We accept bespoke design commissions for orders of 100+ units. Our artisans will work with you on the concept, produce a prototype for approval, and then manufacture to spec. Contact us to start the conversation.
Yes. Custom packaging — including branded boxes, tissue paper, and swing tags — is available for orders of 50+ units. We can also package journals as retail-ready gift sets.
